1. SCOPE
1.1. This Policy governs the eligibility and procedures for refunds related to Platform subscription fees purchased directly from Vidhvantri. It explicitly does not apply to course enrolments fees paid by students to instructors.
2. INSTRUCTOR-STUDENT PAYMENTS
2.1. All course fees are handled externally. Vidhvantri does not collect or hold these funds. Refunds for course enrolments must be requested directly from the instructor; FluxLMS does not mediate or process student-instructor financial disputes.
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR PLATFORM FEE REFUNDS
3.1. Platform subscription refunds are issued only under the following conditions:
(a) Platform inaccessibility for more than 72 consecutive hours due to Vidhvantri's fault;
(b) Confirmed double billing errors;
(c) First-time cancellations within 7 calendar days of initial purchase with less than one cumulative hour of platform usage.
3.2. Pro-Rata Refunds: Annual plan users who downgrade mid-term may receive a pro-rata refund based on the unused subscription term.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
4.1. No refunds will be granted for instructor course fees, custom enterprise contracts (unless specified in the MSA), separately purchased add-ons/integrations, usage overage charges, promotional/discounted purchases, or mid-cycle subscription cancellations past 7 days.
5. REFUND PROCESS
5.1. Submission: Requests must be emailed to support@vidhvantri.in with transaction IDs and supporting error documentation. Timelines: Acknowledged within 24 hours; decision communicated within 5 business days; approved refunds credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a material policy breach.
6. LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND GOVERNING LAW
6.1. Vidhvantri is exempt from refund obligations under Force Majeure service disruptions. This policy is governed by Indian law, with all disputes settled in the competent courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
