Purchase Policy

1. SCOPE

1.1. This Policy governs the acquisition, renewal, and payment of Platform usage fees, subscriptions, and corporate services offered directly by Vidhvantri Technologies LLP through FluxLMS. It explicitly does not govern student-to-instructor transactions.

2. PRICING

2.1. Fees are structured into subscription tiers (Learner, Educator, Institution, Enterprise). Enterprise tiers require a minimum 12-month commitment governed by an MSA. Prices exclude taxes; Indian clients are subject to 18% GST. Pricing revisions require a 30-day notice prior to the next billing cycle.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and auto-renew unless cancelled 48 hours prior via the self-service portal. Accepted methods: Cards, Net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. Primary currency is INR, with international gateway support via Stripe (USD/EUR). Failed payments have a 3-day grace period before suspension.

4. INVOICING AND TAXES

4.1. GST-compliant electronic invoices are issued immediately upon successful payment. International purchasers are exclusively responsible for local sales tax, VAT, or customs compliance within their respective jurisdictions.

5. REFUNDS

5.1. Refunds for directly collected Platform fees are governed strictly by the Refund Policy. Requests must be raised within seven (7) days of purchase and are restricted to validated billing errors or system failures.

6. DISCLAIMER

6.1. The purchase of a subscription does not guarantee learning outcomes or certification. Vidhvantri disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages. External student transactions remain outside Vidhvantri's oversight.

7. FORCE MAJEURE & JURISDICTION

7.1. Performance delays due to acts of God or cyberattacks are exempt from liability. This policy is governed by Indian law, with exclusive legal venue assigned to the competent courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
