1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
1.1. This Policy ensures the responsible, equitable, and optimal use of FluxLMS resources across all subscription tiers. It applies to all Users globally (learners, educators, institutions, and administrators) and forms an integral part of the overall Terms and Conditions.
2. ACCEPTABLE USE
2.1. Users must utilize the Platform lawfully and ethically. Prohibited activities include automated abuse (scraping, crawling, excessive API calls); content violations (malware, illegal, or infringing uploads); commercial misuse (sublicensing or operating a competing service); security breach attempts; marketplace fraud; and intentional infrastructure overloading.
3. MARKETPLACE CONDUCT
3.1. Instructors must verify external payments responsibly. Students must upload accurate, genuine payment proofs; providing fraudulent proofs triggers immediate suspension. FluxLMS does not mediate financial disputes between parties.
4. RESOURCE LIMITS
4.1. Resources are allocated based on plan thresholds. Learner Plan: 5GB Storage, 0.1TB/mo Bandwidth, 1K API Calls/day. Educator Plan: 50GB Storage, 1TB/mo Bandwidth, 10K API Calls/day. Institution Plan: 500GB Storage, 10TB/mo Bandwidth, 100K API Calls/day. Usage exceeding limits triggers dynamic throttling to 50% capacity. Persistent overuse results in account suspension or termination.
5. ENFORCEMENT
5.1. Usage is monitored in real-time. Violation Protocol: First offense results in a formal warning; Second offense results in a 7-day temporary suspension; Third offense results in permanent account termination. Egregious security or fraud issues trigger immediate, unannounced termination.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
6.1. Resource limits and enforcement protocols may be temporarily adjusted during Force Majeure events, and Vidhvantri is exempt from liability for any resulting performance degradation.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
7.1. This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute lies with the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
8. DISCLAIMER AND POLICY CHANGES
8.1. Vidhvantri reserves sole discretion to interpret resource limits. Policy updates require 15 days' prior notice via email or official Platform announcement.
